[담당업무] Quality Engineer Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Support and Communication: 1. Coordinate the resolution of product quality concerns (process/customer) and facilitate issue response to customer. 2. Write/support writing problem investigation reports and complete customer corrective action requests (eg 8D). 3. Participate in customer visits, surveys, and audits. Quality Systems: 4. Participate in the development and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 (or latest version) documentation and internal quality system audits 5. Initiate plans, procedures, and/or actions to prevent/eliminate product and systemic quality problems. Quality Tools: 6. Develop/monitor first pass yield reports, scrap reports, and process audit reports. 7. Utilize the quality tool such as SPC and G R&R for monitoring of quality trend. Inspection and Nonconformity Handling: 8. Support/perform Incoming inspection of components (as needed) and complete inspection report 9. Support/ Perform final product audit or inspections as needed. 10. Generate Non-conforming Report (NCR) for inspection rejects and support the NCR process 11. Disposition discrepant material in a manner that ensures product quality and adherence to system requirements. 12. Coordinate appropriate analyses to determine the operations requiring corrective action. General: 13. Ability to follow all safety procedures. 14. Regular attendance, good attitude and ability to get along with others in a team. 15. Other duties as assigned. [자격요건] Education, Required skills and Experience 1. Two or more years quality engineering experience in an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility required 2. Should be able to communicate both verbally and writing in English 3. Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook required 4. Do not have disqualification for overseas business trip 5.
