[담당업무] As a Construction Project Manager (CPM), you will lead a multi-functional capture team on selected construction projects from early design to project closing. Your goal is to achieve high share of wallet leveraging Hilti solutions to all customer stakeholder: owner, specifiers, EPC and (sub) contractors. You will work with commercial, technical, logistics, financial and legal aspects related to providing complex solutions that combines products, services & software for our customers. You will be interacting with senior management level and across organizations, ensuring to bridge gaps to reach your project goals. -Define, prioritize and drive project goals - leading to specifications and sales targets alongside with resources required to ensure full project coverage -Craft direction for your HILTI project team (front and back-end) with your strategic thinking and planning skills and drive them towards common targets. -Setup and manage the project collaboration platform (shared drives, meeting structure, communications means between Hilti & customer) -Active in customer interactions and personally involved in major project targets. -Ensure flawless execution of orders by involving logistics and Project Management Office (PMO) at an early stage and forecasting the products; analyze risk and define options for the project team. -Drive issue resolution and escalation process within the capture team and with management as and when required. -Collaborate with PEM (project execution managers) to ensure professional project execution milestone. -Perform and document lessons learnt, upon sales closure (win/loss) of applications. and create references (won applications) [자격요건] -Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Degree is advantageous) -Professional at least 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry with technical background. -Experience in data center construction projects preferred. -Job site experience in team lead role (e.g. supervisor) -Project manager with P&L responsibility preferable in the construction or energy & industry -Full proficiency in English. -Understanding and capable of driving end to end acquisition and execution of a project (e.g. Budgeting, resourcing, reporting, monitoring, fulfillment) -Ability to engage, connect and maintain relationships with multi-level project stakeholders in the account(s). -Effective planning, identifying needs & opportunities. -Selling the full value proposition (hardware, software, services) -Negotiation skills [전형절차] 서류전형 - 비대면 및 대면 면접 3회 [제출서류] 국문이력서(경력기술서 포함)/ 영문 이력서 필수 [직무분야] Project Manager [경력년수] 5년~10년 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] 주 2회 재택 근무/ 탄력출퇴근제 시행 중 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 sj@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
