[담당업무] Job Overview 본 역할에서 귀하는 ABB 가이드라인과 작업 지침에 따라 중간에서 고 난이도의 서비스 업무를 수행하게 됩니다. 매일 최상의 고객 서비스를 제공하여 고객을 만족시키는 역할을 합니다. 또한, 고객과 협력하여 설치된 설비(Installed Base)에서 기회를 포착하고, 시스템 및 운영 성능을 개선함으로써 귀하의 전문성을 발휘하게 됩니다. 본 직무는 Automation 사업부 내의 Energy Industries 사업본부에 소속되어 있으며, 대한민국 천안을 기반으로 분산제어시스템(DCS) 환경의 사이버 보안 솔루션에 집중하는 역할입니다. 귀하는 중간에서 고 난이도의 분산제어시스템(DCS) 환경을 위한 통합 사이버 보안 솔루션을 설계하고 구축하게 됩니다. 본 역할은 국가 중요 산업 인프라를 보호하기 위해 WSUS, NAC, NAS, SIEM, FIREWALL/UTM 및 패치 관리 기술 등을 활용하여 포괄적인 보안 시스템을 설계(Architecting)하고 배포하는 업무를 포함합니다. [주요업무] -고객의 주문 및 기대치에 따라 서비스 업무를 계획하고 실행. -고객 및 ABB 타 팀과의 긴밀한 협력을 통해, ABB의 새로운 서비스 비즈니스 기회를 발굴. -테크니션과 엔지니어를 코칭하고, 복잡한 현장 작업을 감독. -IEC 62443 및 NIST 등의 표준에 부합하는 보안 아키텍처, 프레임워크 및 기술 선정을 포함하여, 통합 DCS 사이버 보안 솔루션을 설계함. -시스템 하드닝(보안 강화), 보안 설정 및 HMI 업그레이드를 포함한 사이버 보안 시스템(예: WSUS, NAC, NAS, SIEM, 방화벽/UTM)을 구현하고 통합함. -OT(운영기술) 환경에서의 패치 전략 및 안전한 액세스를 관리하여, 취약점 관리와 위협 탐지 활동을 지원하는 동시에 시스템 가용성을 보장. -보안 솔루션의 엔드투엔드(End-to-End) 배포, 테스트, 시운전을 지원하고, 기술 문서 및 설계 결과물 작성. -Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations. -Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. -Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams. -Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities. -Designing and specifying integrated DCS cybersecurity solutions, including security architecture, frameworks, and technology selection aligned with standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST. -Implementing and integrating cybersecurity systems (e.g., WSUS, NAC, NAS, SIEM, firewall/UTM), including system hardening, secure configuration, and HMI upgrades. -Managing patching strategies and secure access in OT environments, ensuring system availability while supporting vulnerability management and threat detection activities. -Supporting end-to-end deployment, testing, and commissioning of security solutions, and preparing technical documentation and design artifacts. [자격요건] -DCS 보안 엔지니어링, 사이버 보안 또는 이와 관련된 산업 자동화 보안 분야에서 최소 7년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분 -DCS 보안 플랫폼에 대한 탄탄한 지식과 WSUS, NAC, NAS, SIEM, FIREWALL/UTM 및 네트워크 보안 분야의 실무 경험을 보유하신 분 -산업 사이버 보안 표준(예: IEC 62443, NIST 사이버 보안 프레임워크)에 대한 깊은 이해가 있으신 분 (발전소(예: 한국지역난방공사 등) 네트워크 및 보안 설계 경험자 우대) -시스템 통합(SI), 위협 평가, 보안 아키텍처 설계, 벤더 관리 및 DCS 보안 하드닝 분야에서 검증된 경험을 보유하신 분 -네트워크 보안, 접근 제어, 암호화, 취약점 관리 및 침해사고 대응(Incident Response) 분야의 실무 기술을 보유하신 분 -협력적이고 솔루션 중심의 접근 방식을 갖춘 입증된 리더십과 뛰어난 서면/구두 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분 -비즈니스 수준의 영어 능력(구어 및 문어) -국내 출장(60% 이상)이 가능하신 분 -Minimum 7 years of experience in DCS security engineering, cybersecurity, or related industrial automation security roles. -Solid knowledge of DCS security platforms and hands-on experience such as WSUS, NAC, NAS, SIEM, FIREWALL /UTM, and network security. -Strong background in industrial cybersecurity standards (e.g.,?IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), experience in network and security design for power plants (e.g., KDHC) is preferred. -Proven experience in system integration, threat assessment, security architecture design, vendor management, and DCS security hardening. -Practical skills in network security, access control, encryption, vulnerability management, and incident response. -Proven leadership skills with collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication abilities. -Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) and fluency in Korean -Willingness to travel frequently to domestic sites (over 60%).
