[담당업무] 핵심 직무 영역 (Key Focus of the Role) -대형 2행정 선박용 엔진의 R&D 테스트 캠페인 지원 및 수행 -국내 라이센시 제조 공장 현장 근무 및 정기적인 글로벌 협업 -유압 및 연료 분사 시스템 분야의 깊이 있는 기술적 전문성 확보 You will: -Join a young, rapidly developing R&D support team with growing technical responsibility -Prepare and participate in R&D tests and troubleshooting on large two-stroke marine engines. -Conduct engine tests on site at Everllence licensee factories in Ulsan, Changwon, and occasionally Japan and China. -Assist with setup, operation, and fine tuning of electro hydraulic injection and control systems during tests -Be based at Everllence Korea’s main office in Noksan when not supporting test campaigns. -Evaluate test results and support preparation for upcoming campaigns in close coordination with global R&D teams -기술적 책임이 점진적으로 확대되는 젊고 역동적인 R&D 서포트 팀에 합류합니다. -대형 2행정 선박 엔진의 R&D 테스트 및 트러블슈팅(오류 해결)을 준비하고 참여합니다. -울산, 창원에 위치한 Everllence 라이센시 제조 공장 및 간헐적으로 일본, 중국 현장에서 엔진 테스트를 수행합니다. -테스트 중 전자 유압식 분사 및 제어 시스템의 세팅, 작동 및 미세 조정(Fine-tuning)을 지원합니다. -테스트 캠페인을 지원하지 않을 때는 부산 녹산에 위치한 Everllence Korea 메인 오피스에서 근무합니다. -글로벌 R&D 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 테스트 결과를 평가하고 향후 캠페인 준비를 지원합니다. Responsibilities ? Coordinate on site work before and after R&D test campaigns, including logistics, shipment planning, and communication with factory personnel and Everllence engineers abroad. ? Establish and configure measurement setups on large two stroke marine engines, including o Pressure, temperature, strain, vibration, and flow instrumentation. ? Troubleshoot, test, and measure hydraulic and injection components, including: o Fuel injection profile adjustments o High pressure and high dynamic oil measurements o High pressure oil pipe vibration measurements ? Plan and coordinate test activities in collaboration with the R&D headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. ? Support visiting test engineers and align local preparations with test plans. ? Business travel to Japan and China as part of test campaign support, with occasional trips to Denmark. -R&D 테스트 캠페인 전후의 현장 업무 조율 (물류, 운송 계획, 공장 관계자 및 해외 Everllence 엔지니어와의 소통 포함) -대형 2행정 선박 엔진의 계측 세팅 및 구성 (압력, 온도, 변형률(Strain), 진동, 유량 계측 장비 포함) -유압 및 분사 부품의 트러블슈팅, 테스트 및 계측: >연료 분사 프로필 조정 >고압 및 고동적(High-dynamic) 오일 계측 >고압 오일 파이프 진동 계측 -덴마크 코펜하겐에 위치한 R&D 본사와 협력하여 테스트 활동 계획 및 조율 -방한하는 테스트 엔지니어 지원 및 테스트 플랜에 맞춘 국내 사전 준비 조율 -테스트 캠페인 지원의 일환으로 일본 및 중국 출장, 간헐적인 덴마크 본사 출장 [자격요건] ? Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) ? Hands on experience with hydraulic systems, machinery, or engine equipment ? Interest in developing expertise in fuel injection and engine control systems ? Willingness to support onsite engine tests and participate in international test campaigns as required ? Strong communication skills in Korean and English. ? A systematic, organized, and reliable working style. ? A collaborative team player focused on solving technical challenges. -조선해양공학, 기계공학, 전기공학 또는 이와 유사한 전공 학사 또는 석사 학위 보유자 -유압 시스템, 기계류 또는 엔진 장비에 대한 실무(Hands-on) 경험이 있는 분 -연료 분사 및 엔진 제어 시스템 분야의 전문 역량 개발에 관심이 있는 분 -필요에 따라 현장 엔진 테스트를 지원하고 해외 테스트 캠페인에 참여할 의향이 있는 분 -한국어와 영어 모두 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖춘 분 -체계적이고 조직적이며 신뢰할 수 있는 업무 스타일을 가진 분 -기술적 문제를 해결하는 데 집중하는 협력적인 팀 플레이어 Relevant backgrounds may include experience from: ? Onboard vessels in engineering roles involving main engines, fuel systems, or hydraulic equipment ? Large?scale marine engine manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, or test facilities ?
