[담당업무] - Advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, investments and other similar transactions. - Leading and managing all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation and post-closing integration. - Overseeing the preparation of primary transaction documents (SPAs, Shareholders’ Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.). - Identifying and mitigating legal, financial, and operational risks associated with various deal structures. - Leading negotiations against various counterparties with respect to contract negotiations, claims and disputes. - Drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating on a broad range of contracts in relation to EPC projects. [자격요건] - Korean nationals or candidates with a strong professional and cultural connection to Korea - Advanced legal degree (Juris Doctor, or other equivalent degree) - At least 10~15 years of post-qualification legal experience. - Experience in corporate related work at a major law firm and/or in an in-house counsel role at a major corporation. - Experience in investment and M&A required. - Experience in EPC, construction or energy business sector preferred. - Mixture of in-house and law firm experience preferred. - Professional Fluency (both written/oral) in English is required. - Fluency in the Korean language is required. - Qualified lawyer in the U.S., U.K or other leading common law jurisdiction. - Excellent negotiations and communication skills. - Strong understanding of business organizations and principles. - Organizational and interpersonal communications skills. - No restrictions on international travel. - Ability to work cooperatively as a team - Ability to work proactively and independently - Ability to effectively communicate and lead with other legal and project personnel - Ability to self-manage multiple issues and matters [전형절차] 서류전형 - 직무적합도 검사 (인적성검사) / 1차 실무진 면접 - 2차 임원 면접 - 평판조회 및 채용검진 [제출서류] 국문이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] 노사관리 [경력년수] 10~20년 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] 관리자 메모 참고 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 sj@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
