[담당업무] The HR Operator supports labor relations, HR administration, compliance management, payroll and organizational culture initiatives. This role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive personnel matters. Labor Relations Support - Communications with the labor union - Organize and maintain records related to legal matters - Support collective agreement compliance - Support the formation and operations of investigation and committees. - Maintain disciplinary records and related follow-up actions. - Coordinate with external authorities when required HR administration & Organizational Culture & Internal Communication - Responsible for HR administrative tasks - Support payroll process if required - Assist with planning and executing internal campaigns, workshops, culture initiatives and events. - Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys. [자격요건] - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred - At least 3 years of experience in labor relations, or HR role with strong interface to labor relations or compliance topics - Understanding of Korean labor law and HR procedures. - Resilience, high integrity and ability to handle confidential information - Strong documentation and communication skills.
