업무내용 / 자격요건 [담당업무]
The IT Manager is responsible for defining and executing IT strategy aligned with company business objectives, ensuring stable and secure IT operations, and enabling business growth through digital transformation and innovation.
The role acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial and Manufacturing organizations, manages IT budgets and projects, ensures compliance and risk management, and leads the local IT team while collaborating closely with Regional and Global IT organizations.

Strategic Business Partnership & Governance(중요성 상 25%)
- Act as a trusted IT business partner to Commercial, Manufacturing, and corporate functions.
- Define and execute short-term and long-term IT strategies and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Manage IT budget, operating expenses, and capital investments with strong cost control and ROI focus.
- Provide technology guidance and advisory support to senior management and business leaders.
- Ensure alignment with Global / Regional IT strategy, standards, policies, and governance.

IT Project & Service Delivery Management(중요성 상 45%)
- Lead and oversee IT projects end-to-end, including requirements analysis, planning, execution, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Manage delivery of key initiatives such as ERP, eCommerce, MES, infrastructure modernization, collaboration tools, and cybersecurity programs.
- Coordinate with Regional COEs, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams for successful local implementation.
- Ensure stable operation of IT systems, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user services.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, system performance, and user experience.

Infrastructure, Security & Risk Management (중요성 중 15%)
- Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and compliant with corporate and local regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cybersecurity, access control, identity management, and data protection practices.
- Act as Data Privacy point-of-contact for IT-related topics, including protection of personal information.
- Develop, maintain, and test IT Continuity Plans (ITCP / DR) in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Manage IT risks, vendor risks, and audit findings with corrective and preventive actions.

Innovation & Technology Trends (중요성 중 5%)
- Monitor emerging technology trends and assess applicability to business use cases.
- Promote digitalization, automation, and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Support pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts aligned with business value.

People Management & Organizational Excellence(중요성 중 10%)
- Lead, coach, and develop the local IT team to build strong technical and business capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and compliant team culture.
- Manage IT staffing including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development planning.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration with Regional and Global IT teams.

[자격요건]
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including people and project management
Proven experience delivering enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of SDLC, web technologies, and enterprise architecture
Experience working in a global or regional matrix organization
Local market and regulatory experience in Korea preferred
Leadership skill - Strong interpersonal leadership to understand the business needs and to translate the needs to IT solutions
Build up strong team work - Team player.  The ability to work as a team with other IT people across the globe is absolutely essential.
Strong Project Management Skill
Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., AS/400-based ERP, SAP) and business processes.
Experience with digital platforms such as eCommerce, CRM, MES, and collaboration tools
Knowledge of ITIL and service management principles
Professional English, capable of supporting a wide range of communication and operational needs in a global corporate environment.
Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate cross?regional collaboration and communication.
