1. Entry level (Max. 2 years)
2. University above
3. Work experience is mandatory. (including internship, at least 6 months)
4. Strong computer (esp. MS Office) and communication(including English proficiency) skills required
5. Person who is detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn
6. Experience in SAP program preferred

Scope of Work
1. Support personnel planning and implementation -Compile candidates' data (manpower requisition, resume, interview eval?uation sheet)
-Arrange interview and communicate -Follow-up new employee's admission process & resignation process
2. Support in-house training programs
-Design training materials, organizational support
-Analyze course eval?uation

3. HR service delivery -Update employee and organizational data regularly -Implement employee benefit programs (including cafeteria benefit, hobby club, etc.) -Manage employees annual leave status and necessary internal communication -Manage company's legal sealed documentation
4. Organizing companywide meetings as a coordinator
5. Supporting General Manager (German) as an in-house interpreter for GM's business agenda
6. Supporting cost and expense process of General Manager and HR team
7. Others
-Company asset management (office building contract, company car, etc.) -Expatriate supports (Visa, alien registration, residence, insurance, etc.)
-Overseas business travel arrangement
-HR Project supports (data management, employer branding, etc.)
