[담당업무] The Head of Logistics serves as a member of the the company's management team and is accountable for shaping and executing the country logistics strategy in alignment with regional (North Asia) and global priorities. The role holds full ownership of Warehousing, Transportation, Materials Management, Large-Project Logistics, and Customer Experience operations in Korea, together with the associated people, budget, and planning responsibilities. 1) Strategy & business partnership -Define and execute the company's short- and long-term logistics strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global frameworks. -Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and peer directors, contributing to company-wide goals and divisional objectives. -Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure logistics capabilities support the commercial value proposition. 2) Operations & performance -Oversee end-to-end inventory management, product flow, and optimal stock levels across the company network. -Ensure cost-effective, high-performing warehouse and transportation operations. -Define, monitor, and act on logistics KPIs; drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working. 3) Stakeholder & customer focus -Manage stakeholder relationships across the company, North Asia Region Office in Hong Kong, and the global logistics network. -Champion a customer-centric mindset within the logistics organization, leveraging market insight to improve service quality and responsiveness. -Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer across local and global teams. 4) People leadership & culture -Lead, hire, coach, and develop the logistics team; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. -Drive employee engagement, measured through the Global Employee Opinion Survey (GEOS), and support individuals in achieving their professional development goals. -Execute additional operational projects as assigned by the General Manager. [자격요건] -Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics. A relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous. -Minimum 10 years of progressive operations or logistics experience in a multinational company environment. -At least 4-6 years in a senior management or director-level role with direct people and budget responsibility. -Strategic and forward-looking thinker with a proven ability to make sound decisions under volatile or ambiguous business conditions. -Demonstrated capability in coaching, developing, and performance-managing diverse teams. -Strong interpersonal, networking, and executive communication skills; confident presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders. -High degree of self-direction and capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently. -Business fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written). -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); working knowledge of ERP or SAP systems is a strong advantage.
