[담당업무] - Responsible for managing IOT team performance and solution development as primary accountability. - Responsible for solution deployment to production site and ensuring value realization, in close cooperation with project management team and implementation team. - Responsible for maintaining high availability of production environments and support maintenance activities, in close coordination with project and implementation team. - Responsible for developing long-term product strategy based on profound understanding on business requirements and technological advances and trends, and well-aligned with Smart solution director in team management. - Responsible for the solution to be compliant with all DP World’s IT policy and safety regulation in close coordination with smart solution director and other group IT strategy team. - Will be empowered to build teamwork culture and restructuring if necessary. [자격요건] - 컴퓨터 공학 또는 관련 전공의 학사 학위 이상 보유자 - 30명 이상의 개발팀을 이끄는 enterprise급 솔루션 개발 매니저로서 5년 이상 경력 보유자 - 최신 기술 기반 프로젝트 개발 분야에서 15년 이상 개발 경력 보유자 - Enterprise 수준의 IoT 또는 실시간 데이터 처리 시스템 설계 및 개발 경험 3년 이상 - ML (Machine Learning)/ AI 데이터 처리 시스템 설계 및 개발 경험 3년 이상 - 사내 자체 개발 시스템의 운영 및 유지보수 5년 이상 - 운영 환경 에 솔루션을 성공적으로 배포하고 효율성 및 생산성 향상 성과를 입증한 경험 보유자 - IoT, 프로세스 자동화, 데이터 기반 의사결정 시스템의 기본 원리에 대한 깊은 이해 - DevOps, Agile 방법론, 소프트웨어 제품화, SaaS 및 PaaS 솔루션 개발에 숙련된 자 - VM, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Platform 등 최신 고가용성 기술 및Docker Orchestration, Virtualization 기술에 숙련된 자 - Microservices Architecture기반의 오픈소스 기술에 숙련된 자 - 원격 또는 현장 근무 환경에서 해외 영어권 동료들과 원활히 협업할 수 있는 역량 - 한국어 및 영어에 모두 능통한 자 - 물류 및 컨테이너 터미널의 주요 업무 흐름과 사용 시스템에 대한 전반적인 이해 보유자 - 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 리더십 역량 보유자 - 우수한 문제 해결 및 갈등 해결 능력 보유자 - 해외출장에 결격사유가 없는자 [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 - 최종심사 - 최종합격 [제출서류] 영문이력서 [직무분야] IoT개발팀 리더 [경력년수] 15년이상 [기본연봉] 내규에 따른 협의 [참고사항] 국적 무관하나 한국어, 영어에 모두 능통해야 합니다.
