[담당업무] ** Key responsibilities - The Channel Account Manager role is focused primarily in driving indirect sales. This position will be quota carrying. You will be required to develop business plan for Korea and translate it to partners, present to your reporting manager, and market leader, and execute the plans. Interpersonal skills, indirect sales and collaborative sales approach are critical to responding to daily channel-centric activities. - Channel account manager goes on customer sites to lead and support closing opportunity with the Partner when required or requested, or strategic opportunities. - Lead comprehensive quarterly business review with assigned partners and analyse each partner’s performance. - You will work with partners ensuring forecast accuracy, leads are followed up, promotions are planned and executed, and customers are satisfied. - You will be responsible for recruiting and expanding the right partners with specific expertise and market coverage required by go-to-market strategy, not limited to resellers, strategic solution providers, systems integrators, etc. - Work with cross functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely resolution of the partners escalations and issues involving different internal teams. - Build and maintain relationships with all key partner principals and team - In this position you will be required to perform channel governance and build new relations - Maintaining partner competence through enablement, training and certifications, working closely with APAC Partner Enablement Manager. ** key elements - Partner Management: Partner Business Planning Capacity Planning & Recruiting Partner Enablement & Training Partner Marketing Management Partner Revenue Management Address Market Management - Partner Sales: Customer Lead Development Key Account Management Sales Cycle Management Territory Intelligence & Tracking [자격요건] - Minimum 8 years indirect enterprise level software sales and/or partner management required with a track record of sustained success. - Related work experience, demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing, and recruiting high performing channel/partners and sales. - Knowledge and experience of OT applications (Level 2 ? 4) and AVEVA product lines (PI systems, Operations Control, Engineering, Asset Performance, etc.) and other operation and engineering applications would be an advantage. - Able to demonstrate value added selling through AVEVA FLEX Program driving ARR through subscription. - Strong social and organizational skills, and ability to develop network for cross-functional working. - Able to converse and present in English and Korean. - Team player and willing to learn [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 (1차 VP Partners Sales/ 2차 Korea and VP Sales 면접/ 3차 AP Head 면접) [제출서류] 국문/ 영문*이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] 영업전략, 영업기획, 영업관리 [경력년수] 유관 경력 8년~16년 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] 관리자 메모 참고 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 sj@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
