[담당업무] This role is contributing to the Process Automation Marine & Ports division in South Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: - Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. - Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. - Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as quality standards. - Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. - 현장 서비스 작업 수행, 기술적 문제 파악, 서비스 카테고리 및 제품의 원격 또는 현장 활동을 통한 분석 수행. - 서비스 활동에 필요한 자료 목록 준비, 모든 자료, 부품 및 장비가 서비스 활동에 적합한 품질로 제공되는지 점검 - 고객사 대응, 품질 서비스 수행 [자격요건] - 5 - 7 years experience level in New building commissioning with automation system or relevant experience (e.g. Power Management System) - A Bachelor’s Degree major in Electrical, Control & engineering or related - Willingness and possibilities to travel, mainly local shipyard (< 95%) - Experience within electrical systems or automation systems onboard ships would be preferred - 전력관리 시스템과 같은 자동화 시스템 또는 유사 경험을 갖춘 신사옥 시운전 경력 5~7년 - 전기, 제어 및 공학 학사 학위 또는 관련 전공 - 출장 가능자 (조선소 출장 비율 95%) - 선박에 탑재된 전기 시스템 또는 자동화 시스템 경험 선호 - 영어 일반 회화/ 메일링 가능 수준 [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국문/ 영문 이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] Field Service Engineer [경력년수] 총 경력 5-7년 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] 관리자메모 참고 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 sj@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
