[담당업무] 현장 개선, 공정 관리, 인력 운영 등의 전체적인 생산 운영 책임 (약 25인 ~ 30인 규모의 생산 및 물류팀을 총괄) 1) Team Management - Lead team meetings to ensure continuity of projects and communicate company strategy, vision, and updates - Manage resource needs and participate in recruitment processes - Develop team competencies; conduct annual appraisals and goal-setting meetings in line with company processes - Participate in salary decisions within the team 2) Management Committee Participation - Build the company's strategy alongside the Management Committee and lead its implementation within their department - Collaborate with General Management to assess key development challenges (short, medium, long term), contribute to strategic decisions, and propose directions aligned with Group strategy - Represent and promote the company within the Group and to external market influencers (institutions, agencies, technical bodies, etc.) - Define objectives, budgetary needs, and monitor performance - Communicate on company-wide initiatives (projects, performance, etc.) and support organizational change 3) Additional Responsibilities - Define and lead the company’s industrial strategy - Identify development opportunities (new products, markets, etc.) - Make key organizational decisions (outsourcing, activity transfers) and negotiate high-level partnerships - Develop and deploy strategy across operations, purchasing, industrialization, continuous improvement, and supply chain - Lead and support major transformation projects such as the implementation of the Group’s new information system and the shift from fixed-island assembly to flow-line production - Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure compliance with production programs, considering product quality, costs, volumes, timelines, safety, and environmental requirements [자격요건] - 관련 분야 생산관리 10년 이상 - 기계 조립/제조 또는 반복 생산 시스템에 대한 실무 경험 필수 - 현장 중심의 관리 및 Hands-on 역량 필수 - 영어 커뮤니케이션 (Both Written & Spoken is necessary) 필수 [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국/영문이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] 생산 총괄 [경력년수] 10년 이상 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] 근무지 : 경남 김해시 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 hm@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
