| 업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] - Hard Merchandising =In collaboration with the regional merchandising team, lead counter design proposal & process by proactively to deliver timely all hard merchandising projects with best in class execution requirement = Follow up all the necessary process with the internal staffs, Regional Merchandiser, Int’l Merchandising, and local contractors for the final drawing confirmations. =Communicate with local contractors to modify the counter drawings and inspect the quality of counter constructions & setting. = Post-opening report development to be shared with Korea team, HQ & Regional. = Manage the maintenance of each counter promptly with local contractors. - Soft merchandising = Plan and execute annual merchandising plan counter by counter based on the Head office’s guidelines = Prepare key launches plans from A to Z with a door by door rendering & validation process = Review and manage display guideline on monthly basis for each counter regarding backwall, showcase, glorifier, bar, special offers, and GWPs according to launch and promotion plan = Provide constructive feedback to Regional to influence right design, VM options to be Korean relevant & maximize customer engagement at all touch points. = Lead the central/local order process by respecting the internal guidelines till its final execution at counters. = Local POSM development by respecting the brand’s equity and guidelines. - Budget control = Yearly/monthly budget planning and management = Purchasing optimization : examine/validate the agency quotation = Monthly follow up of expenses & monitoring [자격요건] - Manager level, team managing experience - At least 8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising - Cosmetic industry or store-based experience highly preferred - Strong passion and knowledge of Beauty industry - High sense of ownership for work and responsibilities - Excellent project management skills - Passionate, positive, motivated, and open minded - Creative with a high brand equity understanding - Good English communication skills both oral & written [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국문/ 영문 이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] VMD [경력년수] 8년 이상 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] 채용배경: 충원 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 sj@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
