[담당업무] Maximize *** Korea's business performance outcome by managing and developing the work of Commercial Excellence teams more efficiently. [ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES] Lead commercial excellence agenda across functions to deliver company priorities Monitoring industry trends to identify upcoming challenges and opportunities Operational execution of company data transmissions with external partners’ data gathering on behalf of company Develop commercial KPIs along with marketing in line with clients' strategy Analysis of dynamic market, competitors and products and developing differentiated sales force effectiveness tools for more efficient detailing call, territory management supporting Evaluating, monitoring and reporting key activities with monthly sales performance Develop and execute training for Sales team (Coaching skill and Selling skill etc.) Lead communication with regional team to align and execute business Sales incentive program realization from organizing quarterly KPI to payment followed by process Demonstrating leadership, coaching, in sales and SFE support, guidance and operational direction to a colleague Lead and support SFE (Sales force effectiveness: FTE, Call, Resource allocation) of New business development and project Leading Commercial Excellence overall initiatives in close collaboration with the regional CE team [자격요건] Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred Language : Good spoken & written English Experience : Over 7 years of experience in pharma industry including sales, commercial excellence Technical : Must be computer literate (MS Office) [COMPETENCIES REQUIRED] Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills with an understanding of financial bottom line implications of sales and marketing decisions. A solid grasp of sales excellence principles and a track record for driving continuous improvement. Excellent business partnering influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders. Coaching skills with a passion for developing people.
