[담당업무] Position Summary: The Sr. Demand Planner leads overall omni-planning demand to fulfillment process through optimization of JDA system capabilities for the better forecast outcome. Will work cross-functionally with multiple business partners that engage in GTM key milestones to incorporate functional demand forecast and optimize fulfillment plan Responsible for regional representative to provide consensus outcomes to aggregate the regional forecast at global view and collaborate with global planning to innovate process and system Manage omni-planning project to roll out to the region as super user and to be linkage to manage regional requirements and global expectation Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Oversee omni-planning process and collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver better forecast and optimized fulfillment plan Attend all Go-To-Market Meetings to understand seasonal key strategy and plan to reflect on demand forecast Develop style-color level demand forecast leveraging JDA statistical forecast and lead consensus meeting to determine final demand with merch team Review demand planner’s forecast and give a guideline to correct forecast Consolidate consensus forecast and provide seasonal demand analytics to global planning Create and implement new process and system to improve forecast accuracy and inventory quality Propose seasonal buying budget to management team Analyze shortage, excess and obsolete inventory and propose action plan to management team Determine and communicate forecast confidence, including risks and opportunities, to the Supply Planners. Lead omni-planning project and optimize JDA system capabilities Secondary Functions: Drive improvements in forecast accuracy by developing KPI’s, analyzing and tracking KPI results, and recommending forecasting policies and procedures. Participate and provide analysis to help drive line planning. Support global corporate forecast process and regional data extraction to global supply chain Contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization by maintaining positive, open lines of communication with all company management, staff and other departments and office locations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Scope: Job is frequently varied and often includes new or unique work assignments involving a moderate to high degree of complexity. Variety is seen in working with various product lines and functional areas. Complexity is found in optimizing a number of factors involved with production planning and multiple conflicting priorities. Work is checked or verified by results. Decisions are made within general department policy constraints. Errors in judgment result in poor delivery, lost sales, excess inventory, close-outs, and reduced profits. Supervisory Responsibility: Position has direct report line. Supervisory responsibility to demand planner. Interpersonal Contacts: Interactions with others focus on information exchange and problem solving. Discussions will frequently involve confidential forecasts and other non-public and/or sensitive company information. Incumbent will be considered a company insider and subject to the company’s insider trading policy. Communication often involves subjects of a technical nature. Incumbent usually initiates contacts on his/her own with 50% being by phone/email and the remainder via face-to-face interaction. [자격요건] Required: _ Strong analytical and problem solving skills. _ Proactive and assertive in follow-through with colleagues and business partners, including a high degree of self direction. _ The ability to collaborate and influence others. _ The ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems _ A well developed ability to speak, read and write English, including writing clear and concise business communication. _ The ability to speak in front of groups of varying sizes and levels within the company. _ The ability to cope with ambiguity of information. _ Experience in key planning functions including demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning. _ Experience using global demand and supply planning system _ Significant experience using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables; using of functions such as sumif, vlookup, and similar. Desired: Previous work with other cultures in a business setting, and awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience. MBA beneficial. Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in demand and supply planning Apparel/footwear industry experience required. International business experience desirable. Job Conditions: Job requires hours that may occasionally exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during times of peak activity. Evening meetings and/or weekend work occasionally required to collaborate with people in other time zones and to ensure timely project completion. Some job pressure exists in the balancing of several projects with conflicting and sometimes changing deadlines. Position requires the ability to travel worldwide on commercial transportation. Travel may be required up to 4 weeks per year, occasionally including weekends for sales or customer meetings/events and/or visits to international planning offices.
