[담당업무] - Key account management 협력 제약사 및 고객사와 교신 업무 (고객사 90% 이상이 해외에 위치함) - Day to Day operation 관련 고객사 문의 응대 및 업무 보고 담당 고객사 Business Review meeting 참석 담당 고객사 방문 및 감사 응대 - Project Management 글로벌 하게 진행되는 프로젝트 중 국내에서 진행 되는 프로젝트의 관리 (프로젝트 setup, 모티터링, 관리 및 마감) - Tabulate service fees on ABC structure (structure vary on each Principal) - ZP SSG 싱가폴 지사와 주기적인 교신 및 협업 - ERP System Management 임상 의약품 재고 관리 / 시스템 업데이트 임상 연구과제 별 IRS (Interactive Response System) 업데이트 - Document Management 임상 연구과제 별 재고/배송/품질 문서 관리 - Support Clinical Trial Supervisor [자격요건] - Proven English skill for Reading & Writing& Speaking (99% of communication will be done with customers in overseas) - Skill set for thorough reading and interpretation (Industry requires timely, precise, detailed communication) - Proactive approaching (Due to time different with customers, proactive approaching is helpful to minimize any delay from communication) - Customer oriented attitude (As an service provider and point of contact from customer, cooperative and customer service mind is mandatory) - Used to work according to defined processes - Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high endurance - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of ISO, GSP, GDP and general pharmaceutical guidelines is preferred [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국/영문이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] CTA [경력년수] 신입~2년 미만 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] JD참조 [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 yk@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
