| 업무내용 / 자격요건 |
[담당업무] * Lead and drive e-commerce strategy and plans in line with brand’s objectives to achieve sales target and increase brand awareness * Manage the brand website and seek for the opportunity to drive the own ecommerce site * Execute search ad to enhance the brand’s visibility and improve sales 1) E-BUSINESS - Grow e-business: efficiently managing e-business channels in line with the brands positioning and identify / develop e-business touchpoints - Develop annual and quarterly strategies and initiatives to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - Manage and align content across all e-business touch points to ensure the best digital customer journey: e-merchandizing, category groupings, site search filtering and categorization - Manage e-Business budget to ensure the best ROI - Work collaboratively with the support team across brand, customer service, planning and logistics to ensure the customer needs and to achieve all objectives - Identify new e-business opportunities and lead new e-business doors opening projects, aligned with global and regional team - Regularly review and report e-Business KPI 2) Digital Marketing - Responsible for the brand website management - Cooperate with marketing and communication team to lead digital campaign and local content adaptation to e-commerce conversion - Execute SEM to increase brand digital presence and visibility - Monitor trends in competitors’ digital tools, trends and applications 3) Others - Follow up global and local e-business projects [자격요건] - University degree - 4~10 years of online marketing experience in e-commerce and cosmetic industry, preferred having the experience of launching new commerce channel and site - Managing skills in terms of leading the E-commerce business and related projects - Sales result driven and proactive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry, - Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English - Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications [전형절차] 서류전형 - 컨설턴트 인터뷰 - 기업 면접 [제출서류] 국문/ 영문 이력서(경력기술서 포함) [직무분야] E-commerce Manager [경력년수] 4~10년 [기본연봉] 협의 [참고사항] ASAP [지원방법] 하단의 회원 온라인지원 혹은 sj@cnscout.co.kr 로 이력서를 보내 주시면 검토 후 헤드헌팅을 진행하여 드리겠습니다. |
